The Kingdom of God at Work

The Kingdom of God is the heart and core of Jesus Christ's message for all of creation.

In the King James Bible, the gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John, the 'Kingdom of God’ or the 'Kingdom of Heaven' is mentioned 98 times and 77 of those are by Jesus.

Jesus came demonstrating and showing us how to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. He lead with love.

The Kingdom of God is to be a literal kingdom ruling [in the spirit] over the whole earth.

 Daniel 7:27 (NIV)

Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven will be handed over to the saints, the people of the Most High. His Kingdom will be an everlasting Kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him." 

 Jesus taught us to pray:

Matthew 6:9 -10 (MKJV)

Therefore pray in this way: Our Father, who is in Heaven, Hallowed be Your name.  Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven

The Kingdom perspective begins with acknowledging that it is possible to operate in God’s Kingdom authority on the earth here and now. The Kingdom is all embracing and should guide every area of our personal and work/business lives.

Every Christian is in the Kingdom of God, and we need to see this when we pray, ‘Your Kingdom come, Your will be done...’ in my job... in my business... in my profession.... in my schoolroom... in  my community involvement.... in my play/sport ... or in whatever area of influence to which God has drawn you.
